If you believe an Experience uses your work without permission, send a notice to our copyright agent with:

1. Your name, address, phone and email
2. The work you believe was copied
3. The link or QR code of the Experience
4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
6. Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-notice

If your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact details, the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed in error. We may restore it in 10 to 14 business days unless the claimant files a lawsuit.

Repeat infringers

We close accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
