Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Try Ember22 free for 14 days, no card needed, before you pay.

Refunds

No refunds once a paid subscription has started or a paid Experience has been created.

No partial refunds for unused time, unused video allowance, or downgrades.

Exceptions: we will refund billing errors, duplicate charges, and charges after a cancellation we failed to process, and anywhere the law requires a refund. Email hello@ember22.com within 30 days of the charge.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime in your account settings. No phone call needed.

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. You will not be charged again.

Your paid Experiences keep playing after you cancel, as long as your account stays open. You just can't create new ones.

Deleting your account deletes your Experiences, and they stop playing.

Free trial Experiences stop playing after 14 days unless you subscribe. Nothing is charged when a trial ends.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. We usually solve billing problems within 2 business days.
