Gather your originals
Collect the original photo files you printed and the video for each one.

Create them in one go
On Business, batch create makes as many as 20 experiences at a time from those files. Enterprise has it too; on the trial or Personal you make them one by one.

Print the new codes
Each experience comes with its own QR code, ready to print as a sticker for the back of the photo, a card in the frame or the next reprint. A print already out there plays on Ember22 as it is. To print them all at once, choose Print QR codes, then Download QR sheet: one PDF on US Letter or A4, with as many as 60 codes.

Do my customers need an app?
No. They scan the code with the phone camera and the video plays in the browser.
Can I keep my old prints?
Yes. Upload the original file you printed, then add an Ember22 code next to the print; the photo itself doesn't change.
What happens if I cancel?
Prints you published on a paid plan keep playing even if you cancel. You can't make or publish new ones until you choose a plan again.
